Day of the Dead Makeup

Learn to create this makeup DIY inspired by Día de los Muertos, a Mexican holiday honoring family and friends who have died. Add some silk flowers to complete the dramatic look!

  1. Apply an even coat of white face paint all over the face. Brush a layer of sheer or white powder to set.
  2. Apply black face paint to the eye area, beginning beneath the eye and extending to the eye brow.
  3. Bring in color details to the forehead, chin, and outer eyes.
  4. Using a liner brush, add final touches with black fluid liner or acrylic paint.
