DIY Bath Salts

Turn your bath up a notch with homemade bath salts. Epsom salt helps to relieve sore muscles, baking soda softens bath water, and essential oils give off a refreshing scent. Tie on a cute tag to give as a thoughtful handmade gift!

  • 3/4 cup epsom salt
  • 1/4 cup coarse sea salt
  • 1 Tbsp baking soda
  • essential oils
  • food coloring (optional)

  1. Combine salts and baking soda.
  2. Add 3-4 drops essential oil of your choosing and corresponding food coloring if desired.
  3. Funnel into a glass jar (mason jars work great) and add a label.
  4. Drop a few spoonfuls into a hot bath to enjoy!
