There’s nothing complicated about this lemon-mint home refresher. Pop the ingredients on your stove top and set to simmer. The lemon and mint essences are sure to brighten any space!
- 1 lemon (or two small) sliced crosswise
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 to 3 sprigs fresh mint
- Place first three ingredients in a small saucepan and cover with water.
- Simmer pan over low heat on back stove burner, adding water throughout the day as needed.
