Toddler Approved Valentine Dinner

Spread the love with a heart-shaped pizza pie. Try out this toddler-approved dinner DIY for Valentine’s Day or any day for that matter! Emma Founder Sarah Hubbell let’s us in on this special family tradition.

“Growing up with four siblings, one-on-one time with our dad was both rare and special. Occasionally, at the end of a long day most likely to relieve my hard-working stay-at-home mom, I remember him announcing a special dessert date he planned. It made my whole week! My husband and I plan to carry on this kid-date tradition with our little ones starting with homemade pizza night, a tradition Hudson already loves. Pizza dinner prep is 100% kid-friendly, especially if you cheat like I did and use store-bought pizza dough and marinara sauce. Trader Joe’s for the win!”- Sarah

What you’ll need:

  • Pizza dough- again, we used store bought!
  • Pizza sauce
  • Toppings of choice- we used fresh mozzarella and pepperoni (can’t go wrong with a classic)!
  • A little extra love to sprinkle on top 😉

No specials tools needed! The heart shape is easy to form by hand.
