Candy buffets are low-stress and big-impact. Take these tips and a bit of inspiration from Emma’s all white dessert bar when planning your next shower or soiree.
- Color Scheme: Pick yours colors. Generally stick to one main color and other colors can serve supporting roles here or there. Here, we chose the main color, white, with an accent color, gold.
- Backdrop: We kept the backdrop simple with a circular gold garland made from contact paper.
- Focal Point: The flowers ground the table, but a large tiered cake works well too! It’s important to bring height to the table to achieve maximum impact.
- Sweet and Salty: Balance the sugar with a bit of salt. Popcorn and pretzels keep with the color scheme and provide a nice counterpart to the yummy sweets!
